Recipes - Vanilla Latte White Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
4 ea. pkg. - Café Breaks Vanilla Latte Pudding

1 Cup - Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tsp. - Gelatin

2 tbsp. - Water

1 Cup - Grated White Chocolate

Directions
• Combine gelatin and water to bloom

• Whip heavy cream to soft peak

• Fold Café Breaks Vanilla Latte Pudding with whipped cream

• Fold in grated white chocolate

• Heat gelatin in microwave for 15 seconds on medium heat setting to liquefy

• Add gelatin to pudding mixture mixing well

• Place prepared mousse into serving containers and refrigerate a minimum of 3 hrs

• Garnish with cocoa powder before serving
